Charlie is a sales agent specializing in Contractors, chemical companies, tent rental companies, and manufacturing. He joined Insurepointe of Texas in 2013. 

He earned his Certified Insurance Councilor, or CIC designation in 1993, and is a graduate of University of South Florida.

He began his Insurance career in 1976 as an Independent Insurance Adjuster, Specializing in on-the-scene investigation for self insured truck companies.  In 1984, he made the leap to producer, specializing in auto repair, auto dealers, and equipment dealers. By 1993 the Carroll Insurance Agency, Inc had him specializing in contractors, tent rental, and manufacturing.

 When not working, Charlie volunteers with the Texas Livestock Show and Rodeo.
