Alma is a Commercial Account Analyst with over 20 years of insurance industry experience servicing clients in all business segments, including energy, manufacturing, construction & transportation. Alma earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from University of Houston - Marilyn Davies College of Business, Cum Laude and has achieved IRMI’s (International Risk Management Institute) Energy Risk & Insurance Specialist (ERIS) certification. She served as Managing Director of the American Marketing Association, a non-profit organization.

She takes great pride in building strong client and partner relationships while providing a stellar service experience. Her strengths include taking on new challenges involving complex accounts and increasing her professional knowledge base.

Alma is a native Houstonian and the mother of athletic boys who participate in football and basketball. She has organized youth outreach programs at her church which involve community clean ups, feeding the homeless, school backpack drives, holiday parties for underprivileged children, and providing joy and companionship to elderly communities. Alma loves to travel having been on a mission trip to Tijuana and a solo trip to Europe encompassing four different countries amongst many other trips. Alma enjoys reading, socializing, cooking, kayaking, and especially Latin dancing.
